Our young and dynamic community loves the energy brought to our time together by our children and youth!

As a community, we emphasize that families should worship together as much as possible, and seek to enable and encourage families to do so by involving kids in our opening worship and communion, while providing age-appropriate options for kids unable to sit through the main service.

In a joint kids program with FBC, we provide childcare through the course of the service for kids under 5, and for older kids, a lesson during the readings and homilies.

After the service, we enjoy coffee and snacks together, and the kids have the opportunity to continue to play with one another as parents chat and connect.

Kids and Family Practices at Reconciliation Anglican Church

Intentional Faith Formation in Family and Community Settings

Our Sunday services regularly feature our kids as worship leaders, while periodic special services solicit and center their contributions to our common life and worship.

Honor for Caregivers

Parenting is hard. Church shouldn’t have to be! We seek to listen to and prioritize the needs of parents and caregivers, and honor the reality of their work and their challenge as service to God and to our community.

Intergenerational Worship

We have an all-ages, family-friendly service atmosphere, seek to regularly involve our kids in all aspects of our worship and community life in developmentally and age-appropriate ways, and provide tailored opportunities for kids of all ages.
